The Triathlon started with a 1/2 mile swim (in the FREEZING COLD water!)
It was kind of scary, because we saw two people get "rescued" by the life guards, one guy was totally knocked out! We just kept hoping to see our guys make it out alive!
Troy is so awesome... it's so hard to keep track of them in the water, so don't worry, Troy let us know right where he was! Ezra said this will be their new tradition... the girls will get a wave during the swim!

It turned out to be a beautiful day for a Triathlon, and the guys did amazing! The girls... well that's easy, we were a huge support that they terribly needed because they probably wouldn't have been able to complete it without us!!! We are so proud of our boys!

I have always wanted to do a triathlon, but who am I kidding? Great job Ezra!

Way to go Ezra! That's awesome. I'm always so impressed with people who can accomplish those races. After babies maybe us girls should do it!
