We decided to head North and get out of the rain and into the heat! We flew into Cairns, Australia and took a two hour ride into Port Douglas to spend the remainder of our vacation! 
Here is our little beach set up! Yes, being prego I have realized that the heat is not my friend! I stayed hidden under the umbrella reading, or in the warm water relaxing!
Stinger season... yep, we had a special netted area to swim in, to keep out the stingers! I for one loved it! I could spend as much time in the ocean and not be worried about what was looming underneath or around me! I think every ocean should have this!
This is the little town of Port Douglas! Isn't it just the cutest place ever? We loved staying here! We had a hotel just a street from the beach,
and every night we would walk into town for a bite to eat!
